• 1 tablespoon sea salt plus more to taste
• 1 pinch freshly cracked black pepper plus more to taste
• 3 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 pound bay scallops
• 2 cups frozen peas
• ½ cup flat leaf parsley leaves only, roughly chopped
