Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Chocolate chips (as many as you want!)
  • 2 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups regular bittersweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 2 ounces Cointreau
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
