Beef Donuts On Bean Purée - Kosher.com
This is my favorite appetizer, finger food or side dish. I use this beef filling for sandwiches, pita, egg rolls, and of course this donut version.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- oil, for sautéing
- 1/2 cup Glick’s original bbq sauce
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- oil, for deep frying
- spring roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1 pack navy beans
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
