KFC Original Coleslaw
This is suppose to be the original recipe for coleslaw that Colonel Harlan Sanders made when he was traveling around the country getting his Kentucky Fried
Ingredients
- 1 head (about 2 lb.) cabbage, chopped fine (about 8 c.)
- 1/4 c. finely shredded carrot
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 T. vinegar
- 2 1/2 T. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
