• 2 tbsp. maple syrup
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1 1/2 cups instant oatmeal
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 3 tbsp. brown sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1/4 cup melted butter
