• - 2 garlic cloves chopped
• - 4 tbsps. butter + butter to grease the oven-safe baking dishes
• - 1/4 cup flour
• - 3 cups milk
• - 1 cups cheddar cheese, grated
• - 1 cup gruyère cheese, grated
• - 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
• - 1 tsp. ground mustard
• - Salt and pepper to taste
