Ingredients

• 1 piece of leek (washed and chopped into small strips)
• 2-3 tbsp oil (for sautéing)
• A few cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 red bell pepper (washed, seeded, and chopped)
• 2 small carrots (or 1 large carrot, sliced and diced)
• 3-4 potatoes (peeled and cut into small pieces)
• 1 l of fish broth (or water)
• 400-500 g of salmon (or any fish of your choice, cut into pieces)
• Salt (to taste)
• 1 tsp of sour cream
• Dill (for garnish)
• Lemon juice (to taste, optional)
