- 2 3.2 ounce bars Perugina 70% dark chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Colavita Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- For the martini
- 3 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce chocolate liqueur (we used Godiva)
- 3 ounces dark chocolate fudge sauce, plus extra for drizzling inside the glass
- 4 ounces half and half
- dash of chocolate or vanilla bitters
- Pink sugar crystals for rimming the glass
