- 1½C Light Soft Brown Sugar (not packed)
- 1C Oil (vegetable / sunflower)
- 4 Eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2C Pumpkin Purée
- 2½C Plain Flour
- 1C Wholemeal / Brown Flour
- 2tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1½tsp Salt
- 1tsp Cinnamon (ground)
- 1tsp Nutmeg (ground)
- pinch of Cloves (ground)
- up to ¼C Water
