Ingredients

• 170 grams feta cheese, at room temperature
• 70 grams whole milk greek yogurt
• 1 lemon, juice (16 ml) and zest
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
• fresh mint, (or fresh dill) chopped, for decorating
• sprinkle of ground sumac, to decorate
• slices lemon, to decorate
• sesame seeds, toasted, to decorate
• extra virgin olive oil, to decorate
