- ½ cup yoghurt – well beaten
- 1 small onion- sliced
- 3-4 green chillies chopped
- 7-8 garlic flakes chopped finely
- 2 inch piece ginger chopped finely
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp chicken masala
- 1 ½ tsp tandoori chicken masala
- ½ cup cream
- Salt
- ½ cup water
- 4 tbsp oil
- ½ bunch fresh coriander leaves with the stems
