• 1 ½ cups (60g) Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles
• ½ cup (40g) desiccated coconut
• ½ cup (55g) powdered milk
• ¼ cup (35g) icing sugar mixture
• ½ cup (85g) blanched almonds, roasted and chopped
• 85g dried mango, chopped
• ½ cup (115g) red glace cherries, chopped
• You’ll need 7 large waffle cones for this recipe.

• Extra desiccated coconut, fresh strawberries, raspberries and cherries. Mini candy canes, meringue kisses, white mini marshmallows and white chocolate stars.
