• 125 ml red wine (1/2 cup)
• 55 gm tomato Paste (1/4 cup)
• Salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• Olive oil, extra, to grease
• 4 fresh lasagne sheets
• 55 gm grated mozzarella (1/2 cup)
• Mixed salad leaves, to serve
• 1 L milk (4 cups)
• 1 brown onion, halved, coarsely chopped
• 8 fresh parsley stalks
• 8 whole black peppercorns
• 4 whole cloves
• 2 bay leaves
• 60 gm butter
• 50 gm plain flour (1/3 cup)
• 70 gm grated parmesan (1 cup)
• Pinch Ground Nutmeg
• Salt & ground white pepper
