- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, either dutch-processed or natural
- 1½ tsp peppermint extract
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
