- 400g chicken mince
- 1 slice bread soak in water (squeeze all water)
- 1 teaspoon cumin/coriander powder
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground green chilli
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon ginger/garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped coriander
- 1 egg + bit of milk
- To breadcrumbs add dried parsley
- Cut cheese into thick slice
