- 1 pinch sea salt (we like Maldon)
- 300 ml double cream (heavy)
- 1 tbsp icing sugar (confectioners’ sugar)
- 3 – 5 tbsp strawberry jam, for filling
- 1 handful fresh strawberries, for filling and garnish
