• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2/3 cup honey
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup oats
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
