Thanksgiving Turkey with Herb Butter and GIVEAWAY

Ingredients

• 1 (14 pound) fresh or defrosted turkey*
• 1 lemon
• 1 orange
• 1 cup salted butter, slightly softened
• 1 ½ Tablespoons minced parsley
• 1 ½ Tablespoons minced sage
• 1 ½ Tablespoons minced rosemary
• 1 ½ Tablespoons minced thyme
• 1 small onion
• 1 head garlic
• Salt & pepper
• Small bunch of parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme
• ½ cup wine
• ½ cup turkey stock (or chicken if unavailable)
