Ingredients

• ½ cup of mayonnaise
• ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt
• ¼ cup of chives - fresh and finely chopped (adjust if needed, or 2 TBSP of dry)
• 2 cloves of garlic - peeled and grated (or pressed) (adjust if needed)
• Juice from ½ lemon
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of pepper - ideally freshly ground
• 1x Measuring Cups
• 1x Measuring Spoons
• 1x Chef’s knife
• 1x Cutting Board
• 1x Small Mixing Bowl (about 1 QT)
• 1x French Whisk
• 1x Small Hand Grater or Garlic Press
• 1x Lemon Squeezer (optional)
