Ingredients: 125 grams butter; 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 1 cup white sugar; 2 eggs; 2 mashed bananas; 1/2 cup plain flour plus 2 extra tablespoons; 1/2 teaspoon baking powder; 1 cup of chocolate chips; In a large saucepan melt:; 125 grams butter.; Add:; 1 cup sugar.; Stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.; 2 large eggs, beating quickly to combine.; 2 mashed bananas, 1/2 cup plain flour plus 2 extra tablespoons, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.; Mix and then add 1 cup of chocolate chips.; Pour into a lined slice pan and bake at 180 celsius for 30 minutes.; Leave to cool and then dust with icing sugar.
