Ingredients

• 320g ready-rolled puff pastry sheet (I use Jus-Rol)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 tin of chopped tomatoes (400g)
• handful of fresh basil, leaves and stalks sliced
• salt and black pepper
• 400g minced beef, lamb or pork
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 shallot, roughly chopped
• 1 tsp nigella seeds
• 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
• 100g broccoli florets
• 150g mozzarella, torn
• ½ tsp nigella seeds
• small handful of fresh basil leaves (optional)
