Start the day with this wonderful granola, which tastes like a Xmas cookie! Spekulatius spice and marzipan make this extra special!
Ingredients
- 40g honey
- 50g coconut oil
- 1 ½ tsp Anne’s Sweet Spice or spekulatius spice
- 150g oats
- 50g mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, hazelnuts)
- 20g almond flakes
- 20g cassonnade
- 75g marzipan (FROZEN)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp amaretto
- a good pinch of salt
- 60g raisins
- 30g dried apples, chopped
