• carrots, finely minced 2 tbsp

• Evaporated Milk 1/2 cup
• All purpose cream/ thick cream 1/2 tsp
• Butter 2 tbsp
• flour 2 tsp
• Quickmelt cheese, grated to top the bread
• Cayenne pepper Dash
• salt and pepper to taste
