Ingredients: Butter cream; 65 grams butter; 3/4 cup (120g) icing sugar; 1 tablespoon milk; 5 cups firmly packed butter cake crumbs; 3 x 375g packets white chocolate melts; 1 packet 2mm white sugar pearls; 50 grams store-bought white icing; cornflour; 9 white sugar flowers; black food colouring; 4m narrow ribbon; Royal icing; 1 1/2 cup (240g) pure icing sugar, approximately; 1 egg white; 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon lemon juice; yellow food colouring
