Ingredients

• 1 oz Irish cream liqueur (such as Baileys)
• 1 oz pumpkin purée
• 1 oz half-and-half (or heavy cream for extra richness)
• 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
• Ice cubes
• Whipped cream (optional)
• Cinnamon stick
• Ground cinnamon or nutmeg
• Crushed graham crackers or cinnamon sugar for rimming the glass
• 2 ounces of vanilla vodka
• 1/2 ounce of maple syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
