Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie dish
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of solid pack pumpkin (100% pumpkin only)
- 2/3 cup sugar (I prefer turbinado)
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar (I prefer turbinado)
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie pastry for crust, rolled out (you can make your own as well)
