Ingredients

• 4-3/4 to 5-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 (4-1/2 tsp.) envelopes Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3/4 cup milk
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup butter OR margarine, cut into pieces
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
