Cookie dough ice cream with coffee syrup – Wilfa AS

Ingredients

• 150 ml strong coffee
• 100 g brown sugar
• 50 g soft butter
• 30 g of sugar
• 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
• 60 g spelled flour
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 pinch of salt
• 3 tbsp grated chocolate
• 3 egg yolks
• 50 g of sugar
• 2 tbsp vanilla paste
• 200 ml milk
• 200 ml heavy cream
