Ingredients

• ***For the caramel sauce
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp water
• 58 g butter, cubed
• 1⁄4 cup cream
• 1 tsp coarse sea salt
• 2 tbsp honey
• ***For the pastry
• 2 1⁄2 cups flour, plus extra for dusting
• 1⁄2 tsp salt
• 230 g cold, unsalted butter, in cubes
• 6 tbsp ice-cold water
• B-well Canola Baking Spray to grease the pan
• ***For the pie
• 3 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
• 2 lemons, juiced
• 4 tbsp brown sugar, plus extra
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 cup raspberries
• 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
• 1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 egg, beaten
