• 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
• 2 eggs yolks
• 2 tablespoons milk, cold
• 1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
• 6 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced (about 4 to 5 apples)
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 8 to 12 slices Loveless Cafe Applewood Smoked Country Bacon, uncooked
