- 225 gms butter chilled and cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 6 tablespoons chilled water
- For filling
- 4-5 large apples peeled and cut into slices
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- Few pieces of walnuts and raisins
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
- 2 - 3 teaspoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
