- 200g of beef steak (sliced)
- 1 handful of bean sprouts
- 2 Tbsp of chopped fresh herbs (coriander, spring onions, chinese celery)
- 400 mL of water
- 1 wedge of lime
- 1 Tbsp of freid garlic
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
