Grilled Ham and Pineapple Pizza | Bush Cooking
This is a ham and pineapple pizza, which is sometimes referred to as a ‘Hawaiian pizza’. It can be cooked in a very hot barbecue, grill, or pizza oven.

- 2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
- 1 tablespoon corn grits
- 1 pizza dough ((homemade or store-bought))
- 10 ounces shredded cheese
- 10 ounces smoked ham (diced)
- 1 can (8 oz) chunks pineapple (drained)
- 1 teaspoon herb rub
