- 1 head of broccoli (approx. 275 g)

- 250 g vegetable stock
- 50 ml white wine
- 20 g butter
- 150 g orecchiette
- 15 g Parmesan cheese
- 10 g fresh basil
- 10 g fresh parsley
- 10-15 g rocket
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli
- Salt and pepper
