Fluffy Cinnamon Vanilla Marshmallows Recipe
Marshmallows flavored with vanilla and cinnamon, I highly recommend making this recipe on a Kitchenaid as there is a lot of whipping required!
Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
- 3½ packets gelatin (unflavored)
- 1 cup water (cold, divided)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup corn syrup (light)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
