Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting work surface
• 1 disc pie crust dough
• 1 ¾ cups pecan halves, roughly chopped
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• ⅔ cup maple syrup
• ½ tsp kosher salt
• ¼ cup unsalted butter, diced
• ⅛ tsp Gelson’s ground cinnamon
• ⅛ tsp Gelson’s cayenne pepper
• 3 Gelson’s large eggs
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Vanilla ice cream, for serving
