• 2 sticks of unsalted butter - room temperature (½ LB)
• 1 ¼ cups of granulated sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 TSP of baking powder
• ½ TSP of salt (*)
• ¾ cup of cocoa powder
• 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
• 1 TSP of vanilla extract
• Optionally: 2 cups of chocolate chips of your choice - crushed (*)
