• 2 bone-in pork loin chops
• 1/4 c chopped onions
• 1/4 c maple syrup
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp cider vinegar
• 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
