• 1/3 cup of honey, maple syrup, or apple sauce.
• 2 1/2 cups of shredded carrot.
• 2 cups of whole wheat flour.
• 2 1/2 tablespoons of baking soda
• 1.4 lbs of potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks.
