• 1/2 cabbage, shredded
• 1 carrot julienned
• 1½ water
• 1 bee hoon, soaked
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp ground white pepper
