• 800 g Sweet potatoes cut into wedges
• 4 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tsp Smoked paprika
• 1 tsp Chilli powder
• 2 tsp Garlic granules
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp Salt
