- 450ml / 3/4 pint water
- 2 limes, zested and squeezed, juice reserved
- 100ml / 4 floz lime cordial, made up to 450ml / 3/4 pint with water or tonic
- 6-8 Tablespoons of vodka
- 1 *stiffly beaten* egg white
