Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef (the original recipe said venison could be used); 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion; 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste; 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt, or to taste; 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste; 1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour( self rising would also work for this); 3/4 cup water; 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables( or leftovers would work too)
