Ingredients

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 12 ounces of pumpkin flesh, finely chopped
• 2 apples, (Granny Smith’s give a really great flavor), cored, and diced
• 4 celery stalks, sliced thinly
• 3 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
• 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
