Tamarind Glazed Chicken WIngs -
Recipe for addictively spicy and tangy crispy oven baked chicken wings smothered in a tamarind glaze.
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbl baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 recipe wing sauce - below
- 1/2 cup tamarind chutney
- 4 tbl melted butter
- 1-2 tbl sriracha or your favorite hot sauce (add to your desired heat level. I used the full 2 tbl)
