Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 6 cups chopped cucumber
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
