Ingredients

• 60g unsalted butter, chopped
• 180g (½ cup) Capilano Pure Honey
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ¼ cups (160g) plain flour
• ½ tsp bicarbonate soda
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp cloves
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 2½ cups (375g) icing sugar, sifted
• 1 tsp Capilano Pure Honey
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
• ¼ cup (60ml) boiling water
• Yellow and red food colour
