Bratwurst Grilled Cheese with Bubbies Sauerkraut | Bubbies

Ingredients

• 4 large soft pretzels
• 8 slices Muenster Cheese
• 4 chicken or turkey bratwurst, cooked and sliced
• 2 tbl unsalted butter, melted
• 14 ounces (about half of the jar) Bubbies Sauerkraut , drained
• ½ cup red onion, chopped
• 1 ounce pimientos peppers, drained and chopped
• ½ of a green pepper, chopped
• ¼ cup carrot, shredded
• ¾ cups sugar
• 3 tbl apple cider vinegar
• 1 English cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 ½ tsp vinegar
• ½ tsp sugar
• ½ tsp dill, chopped and more for garnish
• ¼ tsp salt
