Celebration trifle - NOMU

Ingredients

• 2 cups pouring cream
• 2 cups full cream milk
• 2 tsp NOMU Vanilla Paste
• 8 egg yolks
• 130 g caster sugar
• 2 tbsp cornflour, sifted
• 1/4 cup brandy
• 300 ml cream
• 300g NOMU Decadent Hot Chocolate Chunks
• 500 g pandora, sliced into 1cm thick slices
• 100 ml kirsch liquor, or to taste
• 200 g fresh cherries (warn your guests if you have not pitted them!)
• 200 g blueberries
• 200 g blackberries
• 200 g raspberries
• 100 g strawberries, sliced in half
• 250ml cream
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp NOMU Vanilla Paste
• 6 Amaretti biscuits, crushed
