Ingredients: 1 lime wedge; 2 ounces tamarindo puree (you can find this in the frozen section of most Latin markets); 1 jigger Azuñia Tequila (or, make it worth your while and use 1 1/2 jiggers); 1/2 ounce simple syrup; Dash of hot sauce (we used Tapatio)
